MIKO Eyewear Return Policy

At MIKO Eyewear, our goal is to ensure that every kiddo feels confident and comfortable in their new glasses. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Your happiness is important to us!

Return Window:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including packaging and any accessories.

Return Shipping:

  • Once a return is initiated, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be received by MIKO Eyewear within 14 days of the return initiation date.

Restocking Fee:

  • Please note that a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Instructions:

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@mikoeyewear.com for instructions and a return authorization. Ensure you include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee if applicable.
